Mr. Hulsey holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the Vanderbilt School of Law, and is a fellow of the IC2 Institute of The University of Texas at Austin.  Mr. Hulsey established HULSEY, P.C., Intellectual Property Lawyers (HULSEYIP) to apply a highly developed specialty and experience in a broad span of technical fields.
